Description:
CEM-SEAL Concrete Sealer is an advanced, ready-to-use general purpose acrylic sealer, formulated to protect and enhance the surface of coloured or plain concrete. CEM-SEAL Concrete Sealer provides a hard film of limited flexibility with excellent resistance to tyre markings, grease and oil.
Areas of Application:
- Plain or coloured concrete.
- Stamped/patterned concrete.
- Stencilled concrete.

Precautions & Limitations:
- CEM-SEAL Concrete Sealer should not be used as a curing compound for freshly laid concrete.
- As a general statement, the application of a coating to the concrete will reduce the existing slip resistance of that surface.
- Consequently, care should be taken before sealing the concrete to ensure that the surface texture has a sufficient profile to
provide adequate traction. - Wash all the equipments thoroughly in a solvent and allow it to dry.
